Are you director of a company? Do you trade as a PTY LTD?

ASIC and ABRS may be 'reminding' you soon, as you're late (February 2024); and it's better to beat the authorities to the punch. Especial by 'reminding' we mean requesting a very good explanation and/or referring you for prosecution with maximum penalty of $1,375,000.

You will need to start with a MyGovID - not the same as you use for Medicare etc but another identity app with a confusingly similar name!
If, like most of our clients, you live in Australia, you may be able to use this form.
If you're living overseas but are a Director of an Australian company, use this form.
This initiative was given force of law by amendment to the Corporations Act 2001 and is designed to reduce fraud and stop "dodgy" directors escaping the consequences of their actions.
It's not in full use yet, but we strongly encourage you to apply, comply and identify yourself so you can have all your directorship records tied together.
